日本でいちばん幸せな人「動画を活用したスタッフ教育」
先日、「幸せな職場」というＤＶＤを観ました。日本でいちばん大切にしたい会社（あさ出版,坂本光司著)を舞台化したものです。放送作家きたむらけんじの代表作で何度も舞台化されていますが、演劇集団キャラメルボックスの初演の方です。
東京、蒲田にあるチョーク工場・日本理化学工業が初めて知的障がい者を雇用した時の実話をもとにした、仕事にまつわる物語です。「仕事とは？」「幸せとは？」そんな疑問に答えてくれる心あたたまる、やさしい物語でした。ベストセラーのこの本はシリーズで出版されていますが、全て読んでいました。
しかし、ＤＶＤを見るまで内容を忘れていました。脚本も良かったのでしょうが、動画や映像の効果を再認識しました。各企業とも従業員教育レベル向上が課題となっていますが、マニュアルを読むよりも動画を活用したスタッフ教育が効果的です。短時間でしかも正確に業務やルールが伝わります。口頭、書類から動画での教育に変えていく時期になっています。
「幸せな職場」を見て、自分の考え方はある一方からの限定的なもの。もっと優しい考えをした人がいて職場があり、長く経営が成り立っていること学びました。幸せとは、愛されること、ほめられること、人の役に立つこと、人に必要にされること。そのすべては「働く」ことで得られます。そんな「働く」ことをほぼ休みなく、一日１４時間以上、苦も無く続けられる私は、日本でいちばん幸せな人のひとりだと思い、とても幸せな気分なりました。
