まちゼミを活用する。「街から学ぶ、教えると教わる」
まちゼミを知っていますか？まちゼミとは、得する街のゼミナールのことです。2003年、愛知県岡崎市でスタートした地域の活性化事業で、コミニケーシヨン事業です。商店街のお店が講師になり、プロならではの専門的な知識や情報、コツを無料で受講者に伝える、3～10人の少人数制ゼミです。
お店や人の存在や特徴を知っていただくと共に、店主やスタッフとお客様とのコミニケーシヨンの場から、信頼関係を築くことを目的としています。岡崎では年2回程度開催され、約100店舗の講師店で130以上の講座が開催されています。美容、健康、飲食、物販、サービス、金融と様々なお店が参加しており1時間から1時間30分の時間のゼミを実施しています。
今回、私も初受講してみました。受講したのは、整体院の健康に関するゼミと信用金庫の金融についてのゼミとこれから受けるYoutubuとネットでの集客のゼミです。もちろん内容も良かったのですが、システムがよくできていると思いました。少人数と1時間の講義時間のこじんまり感が絶妙です。
街から学ぶは、地元八王子のテーマですが、教えると教わるは私が感じたことです。お客様とお店、地域の三方よしのとても良い企画。各店のこだわりや、店主の人柄を知っていただき来店のきっかけに出来ます。岡崎から始まったまちゼミも今では全国に広がり、数多く開催されています。あなたのお店もぜひ参加してみてはいかがでしょうか。何よりも自分自身の学びの場がここにあります。
